How to Get Started with Us

Our mission is to make every part of the dental experience as easy as possible, including your very first visit! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your initial appointment, plus you can learn more about our payment options and even fill out our forms to help you save time. Your First Visit

You’ll be sent all of our paperwork to fill out before you arrive at our dental office, and this will allow us to check you in as quickly as possible. Once we bring you to the back, a member of our team will take some X-rays and photos of your mouth, and Dr. Bhadani will give you an exam. Afterward, she’ll discuss his observations with you, go over your images, and discuss your treatment options.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our dental office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
